Cesa al Numero 3 is a beautifully restored half of a traditional Tuscan country house, located within a small rural hamlet in the countryside.

The property extends over three levels plus a basement, offering approximately 140 m² of living space and accommodating up to 6 guests. Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, four-burner cooktop, electric oven, and dishwasher. The floor also opens onto a balcony. On the first floor: Two double bedrooms, each furnished with original early 20th-century double beds. On top floor (attic): Bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom with shower. Basement: Additional full bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Outside, Cesa al Numero 3 offers a private fenced garden and a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture.

A traditional wood-burning oven is available for pizzas and roasted dishes, enhancing the authentic countryside living experience.

Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool located within a large enclosed garden, shared with the other houses of Tuscany Meanders. The setting reflects a genuine rural Tuscan environment with simplicity and authenticity at its core.

Cesa al numero 4 - Holiday house in Tuscany

Cesa al Numero 4 is a carefully restored half of a traditional Tuscan country house, located in a rural hamlet in the countryside. The property spans three levels, offers approximately 105 m² of living space, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Cesa al Numero 4 combines traditional Tuscan architecture with simple and functional interiors, offering an authentic countryside living experience.

The house is part of Tuscany Meanders, a group of four independent holiday homes sharing a rural setting and a swimming pool.

The ground floor features a living room with fireplace, a guest toilet with washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, four-burner cooktop, and dishwasher.

The first floor includes two double bedrooms furnished with original early 20th-century double beds, maintaining the character of the traditional Tuscan house.

The top floor is a garret with original low doorways (approx. 160 cm high), comprising two fully usable rooms: a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

At the entrance of the house there is a sunny private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals and relaxation.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool located within a large enclosed garden, shared with the other houses of Tuscany Meanders.

Il Gioiello is a beautifully restored, modern-style semi-detached holiday apartment located within a small rural hamlet in the Tuscan countryside.

The property is approximately 35 m², spread over one basement level, and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

La Spilla - Holiday house in Tuscany

La Spilla is a carefully restored apartment located in a historic Tuscan farmhouse within a small rural hamlet on the hills above Bagni di Lucca.

Designed for 2 guests, it offers an authentic countryside experience in a simple and characterful setting, far from mass tourism. The apartment occupies approximately 35 m² and is located on the second (top) floor of the farmhouse, combining traditional Tuscan architecture with a relaxed rural atmosphere.

The accommodation features an open-plan living and sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, and a small functional kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and two-burner cooktop.

A distinctive feature of the apartment is its small mezzanine level, reached via a scenic wooden staircase. Filled with natural light from a skylight, this open space contributes to the unique architectural character of the house.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private courtyard furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation.

A shared swimming pool is located just a short walk away, within a large garden shared with the other houses of Tuscany Meanders.

The house takes its name from a real safety pin embedded in one of its exterior walls, an artwork created by a family friend that has become one of the small symbols of the hamlet over time.

La Spilla is ideal for guests seeking simplicity, authenticity and the timeless atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.

All our houses are located on the edge of a small medieval village, with access via a narrow historic street. Only small cars can enter the village street. Guests can stop approximately 50 meters from the houses to unload luggage, with a trolley provided on site. Free parking is available about 200 meters away.

  • Cesa 3 + Cesa 4 can be rented together (up to 12 guests)

  • All four houses together accommodate up to 16 guests

  • The swimming pool becomes exclusive when all houses are booked together
