Above prices are per week per property. Required minimum stay: 1 week (7 nights) during peak season, preferably Sat/Sat. Sorry, no pets in our holiday houses.

Prices are per week per property and include: taxes, bed linen, blankets, bath towels, kitchenware, tv, cleaning (before arrival and final cleaning), electricity, gas, water,  cot, highchair, internet wi-fi, use of our shared swimming pool.

 

EXTRAS: heating, to be paid on site.

                 Tourist tax: 1 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 5 nights (adults and children over the age of 14.

                 To be paid in cash upon arrival.

 

A deposit equal to 50% of the total rent, in Euro, by wire transfer or credit card through paypal is due to confirm your reservation. Balance: 6 weeks prior to arrival. Check-in: between 4PM and 7PM. Check-out: within 10AM.

Cancellation policy: full refund prior to 8 weeks before start date. Partial refund less than 8 weeks prior to start date. No refund less than 15 days prior to start date.

 

Our holiday houses are situated on the edge of a medieval village. Only small cars can access the narrow village street. You can drive up to 50 meters before our house and download luggage from there with the aid of a cart at disposal of all our guests. Free parking place is available at about 200 meters from our properties. A person of our staff will welcome you upon your arrival and show you house and facilities.
