## Booking conditions

- Minimum stay: 7 nights in high season (preferably Saturday to Saturday)
- We welcome guests looking for a quiet and respectful countryside stay
- Sorry, pets are not allowed in our holiday homes

## What is included

Your stay includes everything you need to feel at home:

- all taxes
- bed linen, blankets and towels
- fully equipped kitchenware
- TV
- final cleaning
- electricity, gas and water
- Wi-Fi internet
- baby cot and high chair (on request)
- access to the shared swimming pool

No hidden costs – everything is clearly included.

## Extras

- Heating: charged according to consumption, payable on site
- Tourist tax: €1 per person per night (max 5 nights), applicable from 14 years old, payable in cash on arrival

## Booking & arrival

To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required (bank transfer or PayPal). The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM - Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Cancellation policy:
- Full refund up to 8 weeks before arrival
- Partial refund within 8 weeks
- No refund within 15 days

## Arrival & access

The houses are located on the edge of a medieval village in a quiet rural setting.

Access is via narrow village roads suitable only for small cars. Guests can stop about 50 metres from the house to unload luggage (a luggage cart is available).

Free parking is located approximately 200 metres away.

We personally welcome guests on arrival whenever possible, to introduce the house and ensure a smooth start to your stay.
