This holiday house provides two suites each including a large open-plan space with living area and double bedroom, a modern kitchenette (with fridge/freezer, two burner cooktop) which can not be seen from open-plan space and an ensuite bath with shower. Double bed on first floor may be turned on request into two twin beds.

Outside there is an exclusive sunny teak terrace equipped with garden furniture. Laundry room available on request on ground floor of the building. This apartment is especially recommended either for one or two couples and may be rented separately on request (one floor only).

Ground floor: living room with a fireplace, kitchen (equipped with fridge/freezer, four burner cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher) and balcony. 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms each with original double beds of the begninning of the XXth century. Top floor: garret comprising a bedroom with double bed and a full bath with shower. Basement: full  bath with shower & washing machine.
​Outside: private garden completely fenced, private terrace equipped with garden furniture, wood-burning oven for pizzas and roasted chicken.

Carefully restored half of a countryhouse, Cesa al numero 4 comprises three levels, is about 105 m2 and can accommodate up to 4+2 persons.

Ground floor: living room with fireplace, toilet room with washing machine and kitchen (with fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, four burner cooktop). 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with original double beds of the beginning of the XXth century. Top floor: garret with original low doors (160 cm high), comprising two perfectly inhabitable rooms, i.e. a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.

At the house entrance there is a sunny terrace with table and chairs.
